The end of August saw me visit Zurich for the weekend to escape the British weather. Unfortunately the plan didn’t quite work out as the English weather followed me and it turned into a very wet weekend. Here are the results of my visit.
Zurich has two very good viewing balconies. The one on Terminal E gives a better view of the airport as a whole, but is only open on Wednesday, Saturday and Sundays. As can be imagined Swiss International dominate at this airport along with the other Swiss airlines. Executive jets are also plentiful at Zurich. On the plus side there are plenty of photographic opportunities.
