The Museum of Flight is on the edge of Boeing Field in Seattle. This museum is now in two parts. There is an outside area over the road from the main museum building where the large airliners are displayed, while the rest of the aircraft are displayed within the main building with the exception of half a dozen aircraft displayed along side the building.
Included here for completeness, although actually stored/displayed at the restoration facility at Paine Field are the Boeing 727 and Gates Learjet.
A museum well worth a visit if in the area.
